Finished No. 19 on the 2023 Korn Ferry Tour Points List, earning his first PGA TOUR card (top 30 from Points List) in what was his third consecutive season on the Korn Ferry Tour, and after back-to-back top 75 finishes on the Korn Ferry Tour Points List (49th in 2022, 71st in 2020-21). Tallied three top-10s in 25 starts, highlighted by a playoff runner-up finish at the NV5 Invitational presented by Old National Bank. Broke the Korn Ferry Tour record for consecutive holes without a bogey, compiling a stretch of 108 consecutive holes without a bogey across the final 44 holes of the Price Cutter Charity Championship presented by Dr Pepper and first 64 holes of the NV5 Invitational presented by Old National Bank, which broke the previous record of 106 set by Heath Slocum in 2001.

NV5 Invitational presented by Old National Bank - Totaled 25-under 259 at The Glen Club in Glenview, Illinois, closing with a final-round 7-under 64, highlighted by a 40-foot eagle putt on the par-5 18th which forced a playoff with Trace Crowe. After a two-putt birdie on the first playoff hole (No. 18), lost on the second playoff hole (No. 18 again) after he left his third shot in a greenside bunker and two-putted for bogey.

  • Served for two years as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Nashville, Tennessee.
  • Was the starting point guard on his high school basketball team (Fremont High) and was an all-state selection in 2011.
  • In June 2019, became the first player to receive a grant from the Tony Finau Foundation. The $40,000 donation came from Finau, whose foundation received the grant from the Korn Ferry Tour's Utah Championship and Utah Sports Commission. The funds are to be used to mentor up-and-coming golfers from Utah.
  • Father, Steve, played college football for Weber State. Both of his sisters played golf at Weber State.
  • Family is in the ranching business with horse ranches in Utah and Idaho.
