U.S. Open - Carded a first-round 62 and held at least a share of the lead after each of the first three rounds of the U.S. Open before finishing T5, his best result in a major championship since finishing runner-up at the 2018 Masters Tournament. Rocket Mortgage Classic - Won the Rocket Mortgage Classic in a playoff over Adam Hadwin and Collin Morikawa, earning his sixth PGA TOUR victory and first since the 2019 WM Phoenix Open. Defeated Hadwin and Morikawa with a birdie-3 on the first playoff hole (No. 18). Victory came in his 316th start at the age of 34 years, 6 months, 19 days.
